My suggestion for a solution would be as follows. Bath Street 2way until Mentone Avenue then one way towards prom. Regent street one way towards High Street Marlborough Street one way towards Straiton Place. Hope Lane possibly access only. Bellfield Street two way. This of course would cause a probl...

I assumed that one 'walk' close to sorting office had been done away with and the mail for that 'walk' was split among the workers and delivered before their own 'walk' commenced. A great way off cutting back on the wage bill.
