Residents were advised that the notice about Bath Street was posted in The Evening News and that appears to count as 'consultation' !

Re: Pedal - funding unsuccessful

This make me really sad. It takes a while for organisations to establish themeselves and from what I can see, PEDAL were moving very much in the right direction.

Happy New Year you lot. My aquisition of a digital piano is imminent (be grateful, neighbours, that a digital one has a headphone socket!). Anyway, can anyone reccommend a good piano teacher to get me off to a good start ? Equally, if there're any you think I should avoid..... (maybe PM about those)...

I rarely post on the forum but, I have been a resident of Porty for nearly 20 years and in terms of the Community Council can't remember EVER being consulted on my views about the area. In terms of the BL Developments proposal, I am deeply concerned that PCC are speaking on behalf of me, yet no atte...

Porty's rowing past - an exhibition

Porty’s very own skiff, ‘Icebreaker’ is now a familiar sight on the sea front. If you haven’t seen it yet, pop down and have a look. I Some of you will be aware that Porty had a thriving rowing past. Myself and Bob J. are trying to gather memories, photos etc to document this, for a local exhibition...

I'd just like to add my voice to the PRO Hovercraft bunch! I coped fine with the trial period and had a trip to Fife in it. Just to say a big well done and thanks to all those involved in yesterday's Porty Festival. It was a good day, I enjoyed it and and know that others did as well. That's brilliant news. I'm really pleased. They're wee b*ggers. One of my Tonkinese house cats once got out somehow. I really hope you find her.

Anyone had any plastering done recently and could reccomend someone? Do I need to make it worse before anyone'll do...
