Ah knew it was around there, think there's a plaque. Must be big back greens if there was once a house behind the tenements.

78-80 P H St - Captain's Grill (or whatever it's called now??)is in front of it! It was called Shrub Mount and extended all the way down the the beach in Shug's day!!!
Lots of info on hughmliller.org/archives - I've seen photies of the survey Edinburgh Art college did; may have been at the library when they had an exhibition re Mr Miller.
Edit: Mario's Bistro, it is! It's much closer to the ex-amusements than I thought - right next door
