Has it been incorrectly identified? It was the very distinct church that swung it for me - isn't this somewhere in / near Portobello Barracks in Dublin?

Yeah, you're absolutely right. I has suspected as much. I will inform British Pathé of their error and point them towards this discussion. Thanks for clearing it up.
