Are your chakras blocked?

Apparently mine were so had them totally cleared in a bout of Sahaja yoga meditation

My Kundalini was uncoiled and duly awakened and tied in three knots at the top of my head to stop it escaping again and by all accounts I should have had fire shooting from my finger tips (maybe I was doing it wrong........) Don't know if it was my uninterrupted energy flow or the half a bottle of wine afterwards but I did sleep quite well that night.

I hadmy chakras sorted by the same means some time ago

. After a few goes I was clearing other peoples and tying them at the top of heads. Very odd but seems to be effective
