Basic DIY help required

I'm looking for someone who can assist me in putting our POL poster up in its new semi-permanent home on the stair wall of Portobello Library. I imagine it's going to require a ladder or two, a plank of wood, a power drill, screws and rawl plugs. The poster is 8 x 4 feet, pvc foam - so not heavy, just rather large.

I am absolutely useless at this kind of thing and in any case it's a job that requires two people, and I'm happy to be your apprentice.

Can anyone help?
