Don't know if they were actually the first couple to take advantage of the new Civil Partnership laws in England today or not, but congrats and respect to the wonderfully named Roger and Percy.

Unless you were using 'gorgeous' in its old meaning of 'showy'?

I think the intention was to be conventional for the ceremony - but god knows what they've got planned for ce soir!

Had a look at news - the lads were very smartly dressed for the ceremony. But all the celebs are still arriving chez Elton-David - queuing in their limos for an hour. Heh heh heh heh!!! Shame

Did you see the picture in the Metro this morning which had been faked using a celebrity lookalike.......it had me fooled for a second or two, could just have seen Elton in that outfit.

*Big wedding dress and 6" (at least) heeled platform boots for those that didn't*
