Blair breaks down and cries

Anyone see this on BBC Breakfast this morning? It was tough watching this seasoned trouper, after all he has been through finally breaking down and crying with many of the nation watching. What a darned shame.

And all over his dog, Florence, being kidnapped. I'm afraid I just don't get it.

Please don't get me wrong. I really like dogs and they seem to reciprocate but how can one get so attached to them? Lionel, who we know is an emotional man, was bubbling and its not even him and his wife's only dog. They have another one.

Fair point. It is obvioulsy beyond my ken. When i first saw Lionel this morning the volume was low. I could tell he was upset. I thought he had scratched his vinyl Born to Run or shrunk a good shirt or something. Turned out to be only dognapping.

Dognapping in itself is a weird concept. If applied to a cat it would just mean they were asleep. The world of pets....sheesh!!
