Bought the book " Images of Porobello and Duddingston". Great book, lots of memories for me too!!!

Found a pic of my two brothers on one of the pages!!!

Tried to get the video of " Memories of Portobello" also, but all sold out

Anyway, Black Mamba and I had a great day today!!!
We'll be back!!!

( maybe I'll be good at rollerblading by then!!!!

Glad you two had a nice day out. You obviously saw the building that replaced Grannies Attic as it's in one of your photos. Did you not manage to do any spladooshing ?

Yes, we couldn't miss that building!! Kind of sticks out like a sore thumb!!!!

Looks out of character with the other older buildings.

And no " spladooshing"!!! Think once everyone heard that we were coming for a visit thought they'd stay indoors and hide!!!!

I was here again on this misty morning!!

Mr Arachnid brought me through to buy another " Images of Portobello" book to send to my friend in Canada!
So we had a walk along the promenade, up Bath Street, and back along the High Street to James Street, where we had parked the car.
Any forum members about that I missed " spladooshing" again then????

And now the other direction!!!
