Edinburgh dog and cat home!
Sponsored walk from EDCH on sunday 24th may to raise funds for agility equipment!
We would like to give our four legged friends a super sporty summer treat.
Our staff have organised a sponsored dog walk on sunday 24th may. Departing from the EDCH at 1pm and making our way to Fisherrow pier in Musselburgh and back again.
The purpose of our walk is to raise funds to enable us to buy agility equipment to help us to train our dogs and to give them something fun to focus on.
Please come along and join us. All dog lovers and canine friends are more than welcome- just remember to bring a lead!
Please help us by obtaining a sponser form from us or by sending or handing in your donation. Please give generously- every penny helps! Many thanks!

Re: Edinburgh dog and cat home!
Sounds great. My younger cat came from EDCH, so I'd love to support you.Stray NO.666 wrote:Sponsered walk from EDCH on sunday 24th may to raise funds for agility equipment!

There must be a lot of us about then BB!
Whatever Lisa Caldwell has done should not detract from the great work the rest of the staff at EDCH do and it was totally pointless you bringing it up solely to take the spotlight off the reason for the original post which was to advertise a sponsored walk being done by the extremely dedicated staff in the home to enable them to better the lives of the dogs they look after.
If you really want to talk about Lisa Caldwell why not start a new post dedicated to slagging off a teenager who obviously has issues and is finding it hard to deal with her life and is more to be pitied than anything else?

Really sorry about the VERY late reply but my comp hasn't been working properly
£1275 raised!!
Just a note to thank everyone who supported us - either by taking part in the walk and by sponsoring us. We managed to raise a fantastic £1275 for agility equipment for our dogs! We are now deciding what equipment to buy so, hopefully, we'll be up and running (and jumping!) very soon. Thanks again to everyone for helping us to raise the funds we needed!
Will let you know when any other up coming walks are!
