Having been quiet recently, I realised that I hadn't thanked you all for your kind wishes with regard to my father in law. He's feeling much better - he got to leave the hospital last Thursday and rushed back to Invershneckie so as not to miss a good night out on Friday. He hadn't had a heart attack but had been in danger of one, and had a procedure to open up a blocked artery (with some sort of wire mesh - chicken wire?
) and has been feeling much better since.
It was actually the second of three traumas in a row, but we managed to get through them all before the new year so here's hoping you're all right and it'll be a good one!
So...thanks for all your messages - they made me feel a lot better - and a rather belated Happy New Year to everyone!
