Here's a thread to post your cut and paste Porty map images. Here's my first attempt. Shall we make it a competiton?

I was gutted by the lack of response to this competition. I fully expected some witty photoshopping and I got zilch. It's not too late...

Fantasy Porty mapping? I knew I should have payed more attention to Photoshop. I'd have sketched in a pier, a rollercoaster, a bandstand and a harbour if I could, and maybe rubbed out a certain Miami lump.. :D

Ah, if only it was that easy to redesign Porty..

Now let's replace the bus depot with the Marine Gardens (add some serious recycling to the old design), reinstate the tram link from the city centre and pencil in a cycle path from here to Crammond :D

Well done to the computer boffins. I especially love the big green bit to the south of the railway. You have shown what Portobello would be like with a great big park which has a golf course and football pitches. Oh, if only it were true we would surely fight to keep it forever.
Prom cycling for all.
