Found Cat called Oscar

Saw a notice in the antique shop window at top of Marlborough Street just now about a 'found' cat called Oscar - grey with stripes I think it said. Phone 657 2511 if your Oscar is missing!

How do they know it's called Oscar? A talking cat would be hard to lose

I assume it had a collar on with its name but, oddly?, no phone number. You're a 'lady' of leisure at the mo, so off you pop and find out!!
