Yasin Hassan Omar

Post by Porty » 27 Jul 2005, 20:30

I have just learned on the ITV news that this guy IS the Hackney bomber and that he has previously served 5 Years for a "knifepoint hold up".

What sort of society are we living in that declares someone guilty without trial and makes his criminal record public knowledge, thereby prejudicing his chances of a fair trial? From what I understand he is a British Passport holder and its not like he has actually killed anyone. By all accounts he was a sound and good citizen until the Iraqi invasion. (apart from the knife thing). Shoudn't we get together and speak up for Yasin's human and civil rights?

I wonder if he is contemplating compensation claim against the Government or the Police?

There is more underlying about this guy, he is NOT a good person.
Anyone who kills another thing for their beliefs is dillusional in my opinion.
All I hope is that with all the hypocrosy and red tape they throw the book at him and his murderous zealots.

Zargonian you may just find that Porty has his tongue stuck firmly in cheek here. He'll probably blame Gemini for urging him

Do you have to wear a brightly coloured, badly fitting, nylon bodysuit or just a bigger wig to be a Superjudge?

hello

forensic scientist too!

"You look for details and clues in the unlikeliest of places, trusting science and facts over opinion and gut reaction. When it comes to decision-making you trust the facts and like to piece them together into logical patterns. This may seem like you're emotionally cold and clinical, but really you just trust physical facts over your own erratic personality. Maybe a crime fighting career in Forensic Science is a real possibility, "

Absolutely that Quincy. Thanks for brightening my day! I used to have quincy wallpaper, screensaver and sounds, but other half paid me back by replacing it with Pingu, of all things...

I love him.
