Since we had a thread on how great or not great the ERI is, I just wanted to say how fantastically marvellously wonderful the staff at Sick Kids are. They really do an amazing job, with a friendly, welcoming and reassuring attitude. And they even have showers for all those poor parents who have to "sleep" (ROFLMAO...
(this emoticon is what I looked like after my good night's sleep)) on a wee mattress on the floor beside their wean's bed. They were just brilliant though. Wish grown ups could get treated there too.

Absolutely agree Bellybabe, the staff in the Sick Kids are complete angels. Sounds like I was probably in just before you and also managed to (not) sleep on one of those little beds. Makes me feel very grateful and lucky to have healthy kids other than the odd mishap like broken bones
