Here's a wee beastie that we found in our back garden last week!!!

Think it's some sort of beetle

It's not got as many legs as the centipede though

Well, I don't dislike them!!

They don't really do any harm!
Flies and bluebottles are what I really don't like to have in the house!!!

You don't know where they have been before landing on your worktop or your food!!!

I had a nasty beastie experience the other morning

Luckily it was 7am ish so I wasn't fully with it which was a blessing. I took a packet of dried cat food out of the cupboard and behind it was an opened packet of cat meat which I knocked onto the floor. You've guessed it, it was crawling with maggots which fell out onto the mat and started crawling in all directions. I swept them up and put them down the loo but there were more in the cupboard where the packet had been. The packet hadn't been opened that long (in case any of you think I regularly keep opened packets of meat for weeks and weeks

) Funnily enough, the Rice Krispies were left in the box and I settled for toast.
Enough of your nonsense - get back to the Play Pen!

UUhhh
I keep my dog's dried food in the garage, one evening I put my hand in the box to get her some nibbles - I grabbed a handful of the food along with a Mouse!
I nearly had a heart attack.
