Is there a POL resident plumber or can anyone recommend a trusty local one ? I have managed to 'drip' onto my downstairs neighbour's ceiling and need to sort out the source of the water. Only dripped for a wee while, but might drip again unless sorted.

Alex and half the plumbing trade are on holiday! aaaaaargggg. Managed to track down another local, but the leak appears a bit elusive.
