Earthquake Disaster fund-raiser

Local resident, Dave Simpson, has organised a slide show called 'Little Tibet by Kayak' in aid of the Pakistan Earthquake Disaster. It features the first Kayak Descent of the TSARAP GORGE in Ladakh, Asia's Grand Canyon. The kayak trip was close to the earthquake zone.

The venue is St Phillips Church, Joppa Rd, Portobello on Tuesday 15th November 2005 at 8.00 pm. Dave suggests a £5 voluntary donation and says please come and tell all your friends or give a donation to this good cause to aid the ongoing humanitarian relief effort.
