Logging In

Anyone else having problems logging in to the board to change their personal settings? I was going to create a signature file but the only options listed across the top of the page are "FAQ, Search, Memberlist, Usergroups". Is this just me? My default browser is Firefox but I have the same problem in Internet Explorer.

This is a known problem which was discussed in an administrator's announcement I deleted only yesterday. However there is a workaround. As long as you don't have your board set to automatically log you on, you should find that all the options are available to you BEFORE you log on. So select PROFILE (or whatever option you want) and you will then be prompted to log in. Let me know if this works for you.

... But what if you do Log In automatically? Life's too short to go into your internet options manually deleting odd cookies, and I don't have any option to Log Out.

Yeah, it's a pain I know. I have asked Paul to upgrade the software to the latest version in the hope that this will fix the bug but he is kind of busy building a content management system (from scratch) that will form the basis of our new site. If any very clever person would like to take responsibility for the more technical aspects of administering the forum we could certainly use some help. Meantime, please bear with us.
