Good to see Kerry Lang doing well in the triathlon, last time I saw her she was chucking her bottle & top to me during the Porty Tri.. ;)

Scotland are doing really well - it has made the swimming and the cyclying brill to watch. Also been cheering on the English cyclists when not against Scotland - I find it hard not to cheer for them when I was cheering the same guys in Athens when they had a GB top on. :lol:

Absolutely agree...it's great to see any of the home nations doing well...and fantastic to see those youngsters beating the host nation at events they expected to walk away with :D

Its great to see Scotland doing well, including the rugby! and I think the football in Scotland is slowly getting better again!

I love how scotland are doing and I really enjoy the friendliness and respect the teams show each other. Whoever turned scotland into a team as opposed to groups from different sports wants a ..............medal (ouch)

It feels great to have 8 golds the aussies only have 42. What about the PNG guy? Totally fantastic.
