Is it just me or is this forum awash with agressive grumpy POL men at the moment?
So many threads I've read here recently seem to contain either a little or a very large spat.
Civilised debate is one thing but there's too much testosterone flying around for my liking
Edit to change name of thread to avoid ageism

Aggressive - yes. Grumpy - for sure.
Men? why pick on a gender?
Old? why add ageism?
A high school teacher of my acquaintance used to say that whilst fights between young male pupils were bad, the real bitter hatred was when you got a fight between 2 girls.
If I wanted to complain about negativity on the forum, I would make my post positive - like in this thread :

I said men because I meant men, although I think the testosterone comment may have been a give away anyway
Dadaist wrote:Old? why add ageism?
Didn't mean to be ageist...just picked a ubiquitous expression. I've changed the thread title to Grumpy Pol Men

Foxy,
I think you need to organise another social session, so a lot of the verbals could get out in one shot.
I'll go wherever you organise...

Yes, Epykat and I were talking about a night out last monday. Should we venture from Porty? I think the parly friday lunch would be awesome.

Oooh! I really feel that it is my duty to be there as you, so rightly, point out Epykat. Just the small problem of a small boy to offload...ahem...arrange a play date for....first.
