Porty GP recommendations

It seems to be easier to get a recommendation for a plumber than for a doctor, which seems unfortunate, but I'm hoping that Porty punters can help with this.

Does anyone know or know of a GP at the local practice who is up-to-date and knowledgable, maybe even sympathetic and understanding, about severe ME/CFS? It is very hit and miss otherwise, and often results in meeting a GP who is otherwise good, but whose knowledge of ME/CFS extends to a joke about it that they read in the Lancet during the 80s..

I know the Doctors at Portobello Surgery are very into homeopathic medicine Rapunzell if that's any help (Dr. McDermott and Dr. Comiskey in particular)
