It's brilliant fun and the bit of Arthur's Seat we use is perfect for beginners, though I had a couple of painful falls yesterday and I would certainly recommend a helmet and wrist guards. If anyone is serious about giving it a go, try Wind Things in the Grassmarket.

Anyone notice the guy subathing at the bottom of our run at the beginning of the film? He soon moved once he realised how crap I was at steering the board.

How are you in a car and should I avoid the roads where you are??

Can you rent these mountain boards??
