I would like to offer the prize of a bottle of red wine to the first person who manages to fit in any of the three words "facetious", "beautiful" or "ridiculous" into their submissions from the floor at tonight's town hall consultation.
There may be a further discretionary prize awarded for unusual or imaginative uses of, or combination usage of, these words.
