for the life of me I can't remember how to fast scroll through a podcast / mp3 track using the scroll wheel. I know there is a way of reeling it round to whatever part of the track you want, and I dont mean just jumping along in incremenrts as you do by holding down the ff button.

help!

Click on the button in the middle of the wheel then use the wheel to find the part you want to listen to.
