"A desirable property and business with further potential to be realised. Unique 1860s Victorian property with community bar, lounge bar/public bar, restaurant, spacious owners accommodation and gardens".

I'm sad about that.

Here's hoping the next owners continue to build on what Terry and Alison have achieved.

I'm glad to be honest - it has so much potential that hasn't been tapped into yet. It started off well and has seemed to drop off in recent years.

I hope they keep it as friendly as it has become with Terry and Alison, I'd hate for it to become a Ned haunt (it is my local after all).

It'd be good if the new owners got the food up and running again, as I thought that was what it really missed, perhaps someone could convince the guys that run the Espy to have a punt.

I agree with you. Loads of potential, need someone like the espy owner to take it over.
