Test the Nation: Popular Music

Post by ecm » 04 Sep 2004, 17:45

Anyone tuning into this tonight?

You can do a 20 question trial at the website. We got 17 out of 20 but unfortunately, it doesn't tell you which answers are the wrong ones??

You've probably all got far more exciting things to do with your Saturday nights though.

BTW: Bob. You might want to add bummer to the profanity filter. I didn't expect it to get through!

No, in fact I think you will find that you can say 'jings' as often as you like. Jings, jings, jings, jings - see! You can also say 'help ma boab' if you feel so inclined, although I don't personally find it to be a phrase that crops up much in conversation.

I just did it on TV and I suspect I got 100%. My only niggle is whether Cliff has had more hit singles than Rod. I say yes but Rod had more number ones.

58 out of 70.
I would have posted that earlier but I'm still trying to work it out in percentage terms. About 85 or so?

Big waste of an evening though. Anne Robinson and Pip and all those other dreadful eejits!
Next time I'll just watch Touch of Frost or something.
