Dada clan were at a wedding yesterday at Roslin Chapel and thence to Airth Castle, which was nice.
A couple of the best man's jokes -
"Rob (groom) said to me he was wearing a kilt to the wedding. I asked him 'What's the tartan?' and he said 'Oh she's just wearing a white dress, nothing unusual.'
and
"History has a tendency to repeat itself - 27 years ago, (the bride) Claire's mum & dad were putting her to bed with a dummy.."

My dad is to be a Best Man at a wedding!
He asked me to look up and see if there's any site to help him with his speech. Think an ex councillor would know how to make a speech but maybe he wants it to be interesting and folk to stay
awake!
Anybody got ideas?

I'm fairly certain that wangi's best man used a website...if I'm wrong, I apologise!! And is there not an advert on TV just now where that happens with that chap from, I think, "My Family"??

Completely forgot that Plug also got help from the 'net for his Father of the Bride speech last year!
