Porty police - well, at least they are friendly!

Well, I thought you might all like a good laugh ..........

Had a friend round for pizza and wine last night. She didn't have more than a couple of glasses as she was driving, so alcohol was not at the root of what happened!

My friend managed to lock me out of all but my little front hall (don't ask!)

At first, I was simply totally baffled as to what to do! In the old flat, two of my neighbours had spare sets of keys for just such an emergency! But I don't know anyone in the new building! To cut a long story short, we tried the nick ..... they told us they are 'not allowed' to break into people's houses any longer!!!!!!! :-s

However, I have to say, they were all very nice, and very helpful as far as they could be. So, I just wanted to say thank you :D

And I did eventually get back in ...........

I had to drag the landlord's agent out with the spare keys - all the way from Pathhead on a wet, cold, windy night   - he was not amused!
