I like the sound of the Indian head massage! Good to hear that this space is being used in this way - I hope more people do the same.

Yes, it's on every Thursday but you need to make an appointment. The people who were having it done yesterday at the Community Centre open day certainly looked blissed out!

I'm so glad, because if you were only 129 pixels high I would be terrified of stepping on you.

That's a shame. I look exactly like mine. Not the old one - the new one. That's how I beat Porty to Annette.

:D

If you’re feeling stressed with all that Christmas shopping why not treat yourself to an Indian head massage to take the tension away and restore calm. See the top of the thread post for contact details.

Or if music therapy is more your thing why not try Gavin’s Groovy Guitar lessons. See the top of the thread for how to book.

If you are organised and you want to send your Christmas cards by Scout Post, you can drop them into Ever Green (230 Portobello High St) Monday to Friday between 1-4 pm or on Saturday from 10 am - 4 pm. There will also be items for sale on behalf of the scouts in the shop.

Ever Green will also be selling Sean Hignett’s delicious new season’s organic honey and greengage jam. And if you are looking for small gifts with a difference which will help a good cause at the same time, there are gecko fridge magnets, silk pigs and carrots for sale plus embroidered cards. These are all made from recycled materials by young people and families in Zimbabwe whose lives have been affected by AIDS.

There will also be a special sale for the scouts this coming Saturday, 4 December, from 10 am - 4 pm.

Please come along and support these good causes and save yourself the hassle of having to leave Porty to do your Christmas shopping.

I agree - I think it would be hassle to leave Porty to do your shopping...probably find yourself in the shops at 5 pm on Christmas Eve.
