Not nearly as tempting as smacking your in laws, I wager.

Porty!! That could be very upsetting to those of us whose parents aren't around any more to smack.

Some of us did take the chance.

You will have picked up from the children thread that my dad did belt me from time to time. That stopped when I hit him back. I was 18 and he was 45 and he had just slapped me for not getting my hair cut short enough. How sensitive is that?
