We recently introduced a new security measure to the registration page, requiring a confirmation code to prevent auto-registrations from spammers. While this has been successful in addressing the problem, we have had some complaints from people who are finding it difficult to read the code.
If you have this problem do not despair. Simply email your chosen username to portyweb@blueyonder.co.uk and I will set up an account for you and email you back your password, which you can then re-set along with your other profile settings.
