It's been merged into to the other one over in the "serious" forum... and the rest of the thread is still around as Monday Ramblings.

And in that brief period of down-time I've switched the board over to a new version of the software with important security fixes.

There are two forums here - the serious "Portobello Matters" one and the more lighthearted "Portobello Online" forum. This is nothing to do with me, but I believe created by Bob due to requests from users wanting the serious issues easier to find.

John posted in this forum, but there was already a post in the "Portobello Matters" forum dealing with this important issue, I think you'll agree it makes sense to have everything together to avoid confusion and duplication. In my post above there are two links - the first takes you to the thread John's post was moved to and the other to what was left of his original topic (all off-topic).

Karen , it seems a little confusing if you didn't know that there were two forums and that is highly probable as we only created the more "serious" one on Sunday.
At my request, Wangi moved John's post to where other folk were already discussing this issue and I sent John a personal message letting him know that we had moved his post and where he could find it. Hope this reassures you

I think you are confusing a conspiracy with an autocracy. As Marya and Wangi have quite correctly pointed out; there is now a forum for serious matters about Portobello. Unfortunately, I am sorry to say that people like you are not allowed to start a topic in that forum.
