I have been asked to help publicise the following service, which has recently been extended to cover the Portobello area:

Link In is a community mental health service covering Bingham, Magdalene, Newcraighall, Niddrie, Greendykes ,Prestonfield and Portobello.

We are here to help anyone living in the above areas, who is experiencing mental health problems and will work with individuals aged 16 years old and over, including those over 65 years old.

If you are at all worried about your mental health - get in touch. You don't have to be in a crisis and you won't be wasting our time.

We have a team of professional workers who are able to respond to a broad range of mental health problems. We aim to offer a service, which is responsive to both practical and emotional needs. That means we also provide advice / assistance with benefits, debts and housing issues.
