Get ready for a new challenge on the beach!
Every Monday and Wednesday at 6.30pm until 7.30pm our expert gym team will be on hand to put you through your paces using a mix of traditional exercises and modern ones using Kettlebells and lots of other fun equipment! The emphasis is on you having a great workout whilst having fun!
Take part on your own, in pairs or even as a group!
The boot camps are free for members, £5.50 for Leisure Card holders or £6.00 for non-members.
