Ach, I dunno like, id rather see a building there being used rather than a boarded up office block with some smashed windows like is there at present. Not the best site to look at every day...lol

Yes, but you could say that about any new development of an old site - just look at the one at the end of Bath Street (aka. Sugar Cube) - it's not a pretty site.

Im only speaking from a personal perspective though, I have no issues with any building at the end of Bath Street,m so to me it is better than a derelict site. My comment was from my personal perspective, I wasnt claiming to be speaking on behalf of any wider grouping!
