Yes, but you could say that about any new development of an old site - just look at the one at the end of Bath Street (aka. Sugar Cube) - it's not a pretty site.

Im only speaking from a personal perspective though, I have no issues with any building at the end of Bath Street,m so to me it is better than a derelict site. My comment was from my personal perspective, I wasnt claiming to be speaking on behalf of any wider grouping!
