Thanks Seanie, the Towerbank response is comprehensive and balanced. It is a pity there was such a relatively low response. It has been a feature throughout the campaign for a new school. School bag mail is not a very effective form of securing a high level response when opinion canvassing.Probably due to the erratic behaviour of the delivery people! The Community Council response isn't that bad either, hardly a slam dunk, but not bad. I am curious why the abuse of the "Cat Flap" system came up? I've not heard of those types of flaps being abused, is it a common problem?
