Pipe Street Toilets

Just wondered if anyone else had had a good look at these - the mosaics on the Bowling Centre side are super - similar to designs seen in southern Spain - there is a huge amount of space inside the toilets, with changing rooms etc. are these ever used these days - what would be the cost of manning them (womanning them) so that the changing rooms could be used. Just interested.
