Brunstane Road closing
Brunstane Road closing
I see there are signs up saying that Brunstane Road will be closed for four weeks - does anyone know why this is?

Its not really closed - signs have been up to a while yet you can still get through.
As I discovered tonight - as a pedestrian you have to walk on the road as the pavement is dug up - but the cars are still using it as a rat run. Not easy when trying to negotiate your way along it with a smal child and ars@h@@e drivers speeding down it.

I've not been up or down Brunstane Rd between 0830 and 1730 to see if it's true, but that's when it is closed according to a hard written note on the road closed sign.Puerto bella wrote:Its not really closed - signs have been up to a while yet you can still get through.
