Have you submitted comments on new PHS?
I'm not asking whether you are supporting or objecting to the application. I'm just interested to get an idea of how many people are taking the opportunity to offer their opinion on such an important matter.

That's true however you comment on an application; they'll only accept representations with a name and address.

That's true- one of our community councillors; Anne ward, tried to submit an anonymous objection to a recent planning application that we submitted. the planners sent it back and asked her to reveal her identity.
