Lee Crescent cats

Does anyone in Lee Crescent-East Brighton Crescent own a ginger cat with a white bib front? He has been loitering in our garden the past few days and I don't know if he's lost or just sociable.

My two cats keep giving him hairy eyeballs through the windows, and the other ginger tom who thinks he's got land rights to our yard doesn't deign to notice him.
