Nests of Tables

Post by Porty » 24 Jul 2004, 23:14

How come the Shop at the top of Marlbourogh Street continually comes up with an array of Table Nests? The owner obviously has either a fetish or is well connected with the space saving Table community. There cant be many High Streets in the UK where such a plethora of Nests are displayed right there on the pavement.

Can we have a feature? Maybe a series of features that gradually go up in size and eventually go together to form one big feature.

Wangi, pics please.

I was always a bit 'put off' that shop by the American spelling of 'artefacts', to be honest, but I have noticed that, apart from his table nests, he also always seems to have a plentiful supply of Portobello Thistle pottery, which is supposed to be uncommon these days.

And what came of the idea of cleaning up that little corner?

Sorry! Missed that bit of information! Unfortunately, I shall be in Furness that weekend, so I won't be able to lend anything other than moral support from afar .......... :(
