I have posted this on behalf of my friend, client and landlord, Dave Hardy, Director of local company Glory Days who are looking to employ someone.

We are growing Edinburgh Company based in Joppa/Portobello area who supply Sports Tours for business and general public clients. This usually includes accommodation, tickets, transfers etc. We have a growing number of official contracts.

We also sell incoming tourism to Edinburgh which includes our own apartments, short breaks and especially Edinburgh Tattoo and festival.

We offer a varied job in a small office that has plenty of potential

Core Skills
1. Organisation
2. Efficient Communications both written and oral
3. Basic IT knowledge (not IT programming but ability to use word, excel, databases, email, internet for reserch etc.)
4. Strong focus to detail
5. Reasonable sense of humour (small office!)

Core Responsibilities
1. Running efficient office
2. Event planning and coordination
3. Adminstration

We are really looking for a person to help us manage and progress - we have been building up for 5 years and offer an exciting, challenging job with plenty of possibilities to progress with the company.

Suitable for Office Manager / PA / Tourism / Events candidate who has previous experience in these fields or looking to enter these areas.

I could do this Ed but I can't be arsed filling in an application form or turning up for an interview. Plus I would want at least 25k and unlimited POL surfing time. Am I in with a shout?
