Revenge???

Here's a thought. You're out in the car very early in the morning (say 3am-ish) driving home. Not a soul is near you. Suddenly, up ahead ... a lone figure starts to cross the road ... it is someone who has caused you many problems and you dislike that person bordering on hate ... they are unaware of your approach ... you check the rearview mirror ... nothing at all for miles behind you ... nothing at each side and nothing in front ... except the person you really despise ... a red film of rage descends on you ... you could speed up and knock the person over ... and speed off before anyone knows you were ever there. You KNOW you could have a rock-solid alibi if questioned ... though it's probably unlikely ...

Would you do it??? Be honest with yourself.#

(And if it ever comes up in your court case ... I promise I'll stay quiet!

Note; This is purely hypothetical. I can't drive and I don't hate anyone enough to cause them harm ... so no ... it's not a personal thing ... it was just an exercise in possibilities.
