Myself and some of my workmates have put a team in for this years Talybont Challenge, a sponsored adventure triathlon with the money going to Guide Dogs for the Blind.
This involves 6 of us doing a minor 15k mountain bike ride, a 10k hike and a 5k canoeing finale. Prior to this adventure we need to raise £2,500 for the Guide Dogs.

Please pass on to anyone you know who may want to donate to Guide Dogs for the Blind. We've managed to get quite a lot of donations through the business but are now working on friends/family/random local forum's that we belong to
.Unfortunalty Zarg isn't taking part so no direct Porty link other than 3 team members who pass through on their way to Mussleburgh or may occassionally drink in the vacinity, but it's a good cause and I'm sure there are people in Porty (or further afield) who are into dogs/guide dogs.
