Trapped Nerves

Post by Porty » 13 Oct 2006, 11:17

How crap are they?

I must have slept awkwardly the night befor last and nipped a muscle in my shoulder. I cannot believe how painful and debilitationg it is. Even bearing in mind I'm a man, it is bloo dy painful.

Porty, you strike me as a man who has let himself go a bit in recent years. This is going to have consequences on your body's functioning. Try 10 minutes gentle stretching each morning and evening, you could even do it at work.

You are spot on Gilo. I need to get back to the gym. People are starting to acciuse Dada of being my son. it must be bad.

When I played Rugby I was never a fan of stretching and I'm still not but I do recognise the importance of it and I will try and change.

No, I didn't have to fight and I never did. However, I'm told I was very aggresive. The last time I played a proper competitive match was against Royal High, whom were local rivals and not a lot of love lost. I "sent" myself off as I was disappointed with my conduct. Think i was about 42. Enough was enough.
