I don't know what made me pick this up at the supermarket at the weekend, having never bought it before, but I've just had the most delicious cheese and Branston sandwich. I think I could get addicted.

Yum delicious. I once ran out of branston and used brown sauce instead, that was also pretty nice, in fact I still use it instead sometimes.

My mum was fond of cheese and jam sandwiches but now sticks to cheese and pickle, the Branston small chunks pickle for prefrence.

To my knowledge she's never eaten a dog or a world cup though.

I've just discovered a lovely mustard pickle in a squeezy bottle - delicious. It's going on everything but particularly nice on a ham roll.

I misread that and thought you just typed "it's going on everything but a particularly nice ham roll" and had visions of you spraying mustard all over your clothes and surroundings, with an untouched nice roll sitting in the middle.

Got that as lunch provided by my guide as we sat on top of a hill in the middle of the Amazonian rainforest... It was rather unexpected but possibly better than the local speciality of guinea pig...
