aye, tremendous,eh?I listened to loads of S&G when I was a teenager and stopped for some unknown reason.I'll have a look for my albums when I get home tonight, then maybe watch songs for america after!

Yeah tremendous is the right word. i love watching stuff like this, even when it is a little embellished. I was a bit too young to appreciate the political implications but the music is great. The Cecilia story made me smile.

Watched sounds of america yesterday, alot of the footage was covered in the preceeding doc.Was good though.

slighty related ( the blue jay way ref by PS in the prog) An Arena special this Saturday, the first part of Martin Scorcese' doc Living in the material world should be braw.

I'm making sure I record it. As another aside; was listening to the ken bruce music quiz this morning, as i do most days. There was a scouse contestant who fell at the first hurdle. he was asked something like "complete the title of this George Harrison solo hit...."My sweet....." . ken had to tell him it was "lord" and the scouser admitted he'd never heard of it. The poor bloke fell apart thereafter.

I can't get ot to go beyond question 1 and I have no sound card on the PC's at work!! :evil:

Yeah i tried ot. can only get the "basic" version working. Scored 246 as my best shot.

I only managed a top score of 222 (and that's with scoring extra playing the bells and whistles version!). Think I'll just have another wee go.......
