I posted what i thought was a valid question about potential city tolls yesterday. I presume this is the thread that has been removed for some reason or another. Can someone please tell me why it was removed and what the general feeling was about what i asked - feel free to email as opposed to posting on the board if doing so would cause more hassle.

Indeed, remember reading that...

I personally don't drive (cycle most places) so it doesn't directly affect me. However I'm for the idea in principle, but surely a fairer scheme is possible with technology today. A cordon barrier isn't ideal...

Ifstar - no, there was nothing at all wrong with your post. It was simply moved to here where there was a pre-existing thread on this very subject. I should have emailed you to let you know but unfortunately I was rather preoccupied with more pressing matters. My apologies.
